A special meeting of the Board of 访问ors of Old Dominion University has been called by the Rector on Thursday, 2月11日, 2021年12点.m. for the purpose of discussing finalists for the position of President of Old Dominion University. The agenda is attached.

Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of 访问ors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
